HOW DOES MY ORDER SUPPORT THE ARTIST?

Every purchase directly supports the independent artist behind the collection. Artists are directly paid a minimum of 50% of the profit from every sale, while they retain 100% ownership and copyright of their artwork. This helps artists earn sustainably from their work, support their creative practice, and keep creating the art you love.

IS THIS OFFICIALLY LICENSED ARTIST MERCHANDISE?

Yes. Every Artiss collection is created directly in collaboration with the artist, who officially licenses their artwork and works with us to shape the products included in their collection. These are genuine, artist-approved products available exclusively on Artiss.

WHAT QUALITY CAN I EXPECT?

Every Artiss product is carefully selected for its material quality, feel, and durability, while making sure the artist's work is reproduced as faithfully as possible.

After your order, we'll also send you specific care instructions to help keep it looking its best. If you're ever unsure about how to care for something, just get in touch at support@artiss.shop and we'll be happy to help.

WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If something goes wrong with your order, whether it's lost in transit, tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Just get in touch!

If you have any other questions or need help at any point, just let us know at support@artiss.shop. Our support team is available 7 days a week and typically replies within 24 hours.
