Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items, or if you received the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing support@artiss.shop and including your order number and a description of the issue.


To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include clear photos showing the problem. Photos should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and issue clearly visible.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.


Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
