Refund Policy

We do not accept any free returns or exchanges. However in case of damaged/defective goods or wrong deliveries, the customer may contact Artiss within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

To help us resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible, please include a photograph that clearly demonstrates the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error prominently displayed.
